Company DescriptionPublicis Media Content (PMC) creates and curates premium content which aligns what brands want to say with what audiences want to hear.  By fusing search, social and influencer data we can quickly identify what good looks like for any audience on any platform for any type of creative asset.  Either by partnering with media owners and influencers, or by using our in-house team of skilled producers and creatives, we create effective, impactful data-led content which ensures maximum engagement and earned reach with no compromise on quality.Working locally and globally we service client accounts across Publics Media’s three UK agencies; Zenith, Starcom and Spark Foundry.  Often working alongside other Publicis practices and services we collaborate to deliver best in class work with seamless project management.The PMC team is 70+ strong and growing.  Media partnerships is at the heart of what we do, working with broadcasters, social media publishers, print partners and increasingly gaming and metaverse partners, we  activate over 100 campaigns each year.  We have a growing team of social and influencer specialists producing content to fulfil client needs in paid and owned channels.   The fastest growing part of the team are our content insight consultants.Job DescriptionAbout the roleIn response to demand for our services across our partnerships offering, we require a Global Partnerships Director to join our growing content marketing service, Publicis Content.Reporting into the Global Business Director, you will lead multiple branded content partnerships for global clients across markets and various media channels. You will build strong relationships with media owners to deliver first-to-market opportunities, and use your strong negotiation skills to ensure deals are competitive and deliver maximum value. You will also work collaboratively with your clients’ partner agencies, agency internal teams (planners and trading) and other teams within the Content Service to deliver best-in-class creative solutions which consistently exceed client goals.Who are we looking for?A growth mindset, top negotiation skills and expert knowledge of Global media channels are essential for you to be successful in this role. You should have a clear point of view on how branded content partnerships should evolve to remain competitive and relevant to clients, and be ready to share this with senior stakeholders. This is a growing team looking for someone with strong drive backed by solid experience to lead award winning campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team including one Account Manager and one Executive, providing leadership, inspiration and motivation. Ensure work load is managed and progression/training is planned.Work with your clients to strategise the best solution to their challenge and objective. This conducting presentations to senior clients, and analysis of landscape and marketing mix (digital, social, print, TV, audio, offline etc.)Work along-side wider account teams to ensure strategies interlink and data is reported cohesively.Strong client relationship skills required and managing multiple stakeholders both client and agency side. Be able to share an educated opinion.Lead the project and production management of integrated partnerships solutions across required clients, including brand publisher partnerships, sponsorships, owned content and internal client comms, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed KPIs.Be able to critically analyse data and make suggestions for UX, creative and media optimisations and tests, and manage the results of these.
