Account Director - Technology
London
40-60k Base, 100k OTE + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a fast-paced, results-driven demand/lead generation company focused solely on the technology sector. Their complete range of services includes appointment setting, database development, account profiling and channel development, to name just a few. Due to their ongoing commitment to existing accounts, they now require an experienced Account Director.

As an experienced Account Director, you will:

* Manage a strong portfolio of existing mid to enterprise-level accounts
* Promote the expansion of business services within existing clients, through up-selling and cross-selling solutions
* Develop and manage high-level relationships, ensuring account renewal and growth opportunities
* Attend regular client meetings, deliver ongoing account management and collect briefs for new projects
* Work closely with sales management to ensure campaigns are completed successfully
* Create and present campaign results to internal and external stakeholders
* Indirectly manage a service delivery team, driving campaign results
* Carry an achievable 'net new" annual target

To be successful in this sales role, you will possess the following skills and traits:

* Significant experience gained in a similar agency or technology sales role
* The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
* A persuasive and confident approach to managing complex accounts
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Highly driven, motivated and constantly striving for success
* Commercially minded
* Client facing experience (at a senior level)
* Retention and renewals experience
* Growth mindset

The successful candidate will be offered a 40-60k base salary plus an uncapped 100k OTE, with a full and overly generous benefits package.
