Job Description

The purpose of this position is to provide support to project manage talent acquisition operations, administration and management through completion in support of the Global Avature ATS Deployment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gathers requirements from various stakeholders and complete requirements gathering workbooks
  • Creates and maintains project communications using a variety of different methods
  • Participates actively in all project meetings
  • Completes project activities required as allocated by the program manager, and updates sprint tracker
  • Responds to internal and external customer inquiries concerning the project
  • Conducts gap analysis from current-state to future state, identify opportunities for change and efficiencies
  • Partners with People Directors/Business Lines to engage and manage change
  • Supports with testing / validation of design
  • Provides internal and external customer training where applicable
  • Assists project team in project close-out activities
  • Serves as project team liaison for respective country or region assigned to
  • Prepare routine and special reports as required.
  • Conducts process mapping as required using MS Visio
  • Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

  • In-depth knowledge of the Talent Acquisition Lifecycle
  • Minimum of 2 years project-administrative, and/or co-ordination experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
