Our Client

Is a recently seed funded SaaS start-up who launched in 2019. Their platform is built around offering truly flexible employee benefits and incorporates a marketplace and Fintech solution. They have a who’s who of leading and well respected investors and are just about to explode, as part of this growth they are looking to hire a Sales Development Team Lead.

What You’ll Get

The right Sales Development Team Lead will be offered a salary of circa £40k basic with an OTE of £70k in year 1 which is completely uncapped plus equity. It goes without saying that the benefits package on offer is exceptional, there is also plenty of opportunity for the right candidate to shape their bonus package and future progression. You could progress into more senior leadership roles or move into an Account Executive position, the options are unlimited.

What You’ll Do

As Sales Development Team Lead you will manage a team of 3 SDR’s and be responsible for the overall performance of the team. You will be able to shape the process’s and internal structures, and will be expected to lead from the front with your own performance. You will have responsibility for coaching, developing and building your superstar sales team too.

What You’ll Need

We are looking to speak with anyone who has been an SDR for 2 years or more and is either looking to make the move into their first leadership role or who already has some leadership experience. An ideal would be experience in something HR or Fintech related but this isn’t essential, you will 100% need to want to work in a fast paced, high growth business.
