The role includes but is not limited to, the following key responsibilities -
The role of the Global Franchise Manager is to manage, develop and grow our Franchise Partners and contribute towards the brand becoming the brand of choice for both potential investors and consumers.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee specific business plans and budgets
Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary
Protect Brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programmes
Identify and communicate formal training needs to franchise partners
Monitor and feedback information about competitor activity within his / her region
Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business
Ensure implementation of national marketing campaigns. Ensure correct use of all supporting elements i.e. point of sale, premiums etc.
Act as brand custodian and ensure brand integrity is protected at all times via adherence to all requirements across key functions namely, Operations, Development, HR, and Marketing
Perform consultations and recruit new clients across European and US markets
Communicate with franchisees on a weekly basis to discuss potential new clients and current accounts being serviced.
Resolve customer concerns/problems, provide customer/client satisfaction while maintaining composure, offering professional/appropriate assistance, maintaining a customer and client base.
Who do we need?
Proven track record of Franchise experience ideally across international markets
Ability to manage a portfolio of new business activity and bringing rapid closure to deals
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to sell at all levels and always "puts the customer first"
Strong presentation and influencing skills
Good analytical skills
Highly self-motivated with tenacity
Strong ability to work autonomously and know when to seek support / work as a team to assist with the smooth running of operations
Able to work under pressure and independently, as necessary, maintaining high levels of personal integrity
Able to demonstrate significant experience of working in Franchise dedicated environments and achieving genuine results and success and growth.
Experience and record of accomplishment of negotiating at a senior level.
