This global Legal Professional Services group, operating within the UK, Europe, US and Asia, has a reputation for delivering outstanding services and innovative product solutions. The business has established a track record for completing international assignments on behalf of a worldwide blue-chip client base. The development & implementation of internal legal technology capabilities has led to the creation of a new opportunity for a Change Manager to join an expanding Document Management team in a strategic role liaising with global stakeholders. Working at the heart of digital transformation, you will design, develop, implement and manage change deliverables that will enable users to successfully transition from their current state to a future state. As a Change Manager your broad brief includes:

  • Delivery of a plan to successfully develop & deliver key software to be integrated with the new DMS platform
  • Full project lifecycle through design, planning, build, test, deployment and lessons learned
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of 3rd parties and internal team members working on the delivery of the project
  • Creation and ownership of MS project plans, identify and understand dependencies and ensure realistic delivery dates
  • Report progress against baseline for key milestones
  • Creation and ownership of the project RAID log, responsible for the ensuring the resolution of all issues and the identification of mitigations for risks
  • Responsible for ensuring engagement of key stakeholders and keeping them engaged and up to date with project progress
  • Responsible for reporting of the project status, planning and budget management.Manage, motivate and monitor cross functional teams

As a Prince2 (or other similar) qualified Change Manager you will have 5 years+ experience of delivering business change projects withina global Legal Services, Management Consultancy or other Professional services environment. As a Change Manager you will have good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects, understand budgeting and resource allocation procedures, and demonstrate confidence liaising with global stakeholders, translating requirements and communicating solutions.
