Fantastic temporary opportunity has arisen for this Student Accommodation based in City of London for a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to provide front desk and clerical support.
Duties will include:
- Manage all student related queries
- Manage rent collection
- Provide front of house assistance
- Manage, improve and update IT systems
- Support the Manager in all areas including marketing and sales
- Prepare reports and documentation
- Manage tenancy reservations
- Drive sales conversions through responsive and proactive customer service
- Participate in face to face marketing activities
- Conduct room inspections
The ideal candidate will have the following:

- Ability to handle sensitive issues
- Outgoing and happy member of the team
- Proven administration and customer service experience
- IT literate
This position is to start immediately for 1-2 months. Weekend will be required at times.
