Job Description

Join us as a Sous Chef at Anchor to make a real and positive difference to the lives of older people. You will work effectively as part of the kitchen team, setting standards and expectations to ensure excellent and consistent service is achieved producing the highest standard of food. You will control and manage the food cost in line with the budget and work closely with the Head Chef and F&B Manager. You will need to have a level 3 in various food qualifications.
