Your Career: As the Junior HR Business Partner of INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.
The Role: The Junior HR Business Partner will provide first line operational HR support and business partnering to stakeholders on all Human Resources activities. Enable the delivery of HR strategy by providing an effective and professional HR operational guidance covering employee relations, organisational design and development, performance management, payroll/benefits, staff mobility and strategic projects.

Since our inception in 2017 and despite the global challenges of 2020, we have accomplished our desired milestones in 2021. As a business we are now moving into an exciting launch phase, with start of vehicle production and our customers driving their new Grenadier 4x4 in 2022. As the Junior HR Business Partner you will play a huge part in this. For the Junior HR Business Partner we are looking for:
Practical, logical and organised , able to think outside of the box
Demonstrated experience of working in progressive HR generalist roles
A solid understanding of local employment legislation / labour law and best practice HR across day-to-day people activities.
An understanding of employee relations issues to deliver the highest customer service standards in a demanding and dynamic environment.
Excellent IT skills: especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point and be confident using databases and IT systems. BambooHR and Workable an advantage.
Maintains confidentiality and discretion even amongst the HR department
