Sanderson are partnering with a global brand who are a leader within the insurance sector and currently growing their New Business and Renewals department. Working as a New Business and Renewals Consultant you will be responsible for the onboarding of new customers and clients, you will become highly skilled in building relationships and will be able to offer superb customer service and be a fantastic negotiator.

Responsibilities include:
Problem solving and finding solutions for customers
Using initiative to find best outcomes and solutions
Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with customers
Fact finding and gaining a strong understanding for each customer's needs
Turning leads into New Business
Quoting New Business and Renewals over the phone, whilst inputting customer details
Offering a collaborative, supporting and modern working culture, this is a full-time position with long term career prospects in a hugely successful company. Candidates from all industry backgrounds including retail and hospitality may apply. This role is a 9-6 Monday-Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9-1 position, the starting salary is £20,592 plus additional product bonuses and incentives.
