This is a Business Analyst role that spans the project lifecycle, from business case, scoping and requirements through to working with technical delivery teams to successfully implement the changes you have defined, finally handing them over to the Business.

Your key focus as Business Analyst will be working with Stakeholders across the Business to understand their needs and to help them with the implementation and future developments of system changes.

You will be able to operate on a hybrid basis working between your home, the Ipswich office and occasionally London as well.

Key responsibilities of the Business Analyst role include:

Build strong relationships with the Business to elicit high quality requirements
Produce high quality deliverables, including functional and non-functional specifications.
Work closely with the Technical team and third parties to ensure that scope and requirements are well understood and issues are identified and managed effectively
Support the full project lifecycle through to delivery
Become the in-house subject matter expert (SME), liaising on issues and new system developments; being the main contact point for colleagues and key users, and deliver occasional training to new users
Involvement with releases of new features, undertake user acceptance testing (UAT), produce release documentation and conduct post-release confirmation testing

To be successful in this Business Analyst role you will demonstrate:

Proven experience of documenting and delivering high quality Business Analysis deliverables.
Familiarity of the full project life cycle, from inception to BAU handover.
Influencing, persuasion and consultancy skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working with people at all levels within and external to the business.
Demonstrate a commitment to quality, service and personal ownership.
Experience manipulating data and presenting results, particularly with Microsoft Excel and use of PowerBI.
