Your role will involve:
Actinging as a primary business contact for clients, striving for high customer satisfaction
Maximising sales opportunities with existing customers and assist in the sales process to new customers
Ownership of planning and delivery of development phases
Interpreting and documenting business requirements
Analysing customer requirements, documenting and proposing solutions to meet them
Producing detailed functional specifications
Liaising with developers to ensure solution are delivered in an elegant fashion
Undertaking the organisation and delivery of user testing
Innovative and pragmatic
keen eye for detail
Ability to take the lead
Explain complex information in simple terms
Experience working within the IT or Financial Services industry
A good understanding of the delivery lifecycle
Exposure to business analysis process and methodologies
