Job Description

Receive customer requests and direct telephone enquiries to the correct staff resource

Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancement or changes, resolve return issues and account for returns inventory

Responding to service questions via our service hotline and working with IPG teams elsewhere in Europe/US to ensure customers receive a fast response

Work with customers to receive accurate information of equipment failures and report to management

Responsible for receiving/shipping deliveries including related import/export compliance documentation

Stock management of spare parts and re-order levels, together with monthly stock takes

Responsible for scheduling field service repair calls and co-ordination of field service engineers’ calendars, to maximize customer service levels whilst maintaining an efficient and effective operation

Processing of service quotes/orders on MS Navision (training will be given)

Assisting with the preparation of business Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Welcoming of visitors and organisation of refreshments and catering for meetings/events

Assisting the coordination and attending exhibitions, shows or events

Provide other areas of administrative support and assist in the general support of the rest of the team
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English

Experience in a sales/service office or administrative workplace

Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)

Experience with ERP systems would be advantageous

Ability to work collaboratively and with excellent organizational skills

NVQ Level 3/4 in Business Administration or similar would be advantageous
