The HR Business Partner is responsible for building and developing relationships with senior managers and supporting them to identify improvements and drive change across their teams and the organisation. You will work alongside the Head of HR to implement change, whilst completing day to day HR tasks associated with a busy organisation.
The hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

To succeed in the role of HR Business Partner, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in HR with at least 1 year working with senior leaders. It is preferred that you hold an HR qualification i.e. CIPD level 5 or similar and proven experience of tackling HR tasks ranging from recruitment, TUPE, L&D, monitoring HR KPI’s alongside grievance, disciplinary and redundancy concerns.
