An exciting opportunity exists to join the People team as an Associate People Business Partner working alongside clients in the Operations directorate.

This role, works closely with operational front-line areas, providing guidance, counsel, and challenge to enhance organisational performance, delivering local people plans and solutions to achieve business objectives.

• Working in a complex and matrixed business
