Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team based at our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield.

Forming part of an existing site-based IT team within the Applications team the successful ERP Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the COINS ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics CRM plus any subsequent subsidiary software systems within the Applications team.
This role is customer focused with the Avant IT department, in which we offer the business a support service desk which is key to supporting the day-to-day business needs which in turn is to providing delivering excellent service. We are responsible for the smooth running of BAU activities, security of the business systems and applications and the implementation of changes and upgrades to business applications and systems.
You will be collaborating and communicating effectively with various business functions, working closely with our team members and stakeholders to understand their needs, wants and challenges.
Key Duties and Requirements
Troubleshooting and investigating User issues reported via the support desk
Cover on a specific day or days the service desk all our BAU activities and take ownership
Supporting the COINS ERP system and Microsoft Dynamics CRM with upgrades and enhancements
Provide the Business Analyst role to support all testing plans, and feedback for minor and major upgrading
Maintaining users' security/permissions
Developing the company's Business Systems knowledge by assisting in the documentation of business policies and processes
Liaising with external support companies to carry out improvements and bug fixes testing
Support the wider IT Team, problem solving and resolution
Support the growth plans of the business within various projects related to all Business systems software
Develop & Deliver Business Training, to the team and the wider business
Maintaining effective communication through regular meetings and feedback
Assisting the Business Systems team to ensure adequate system control are in place
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate is someone who has previous COINS experience within housebuilding.

Knowledge of technical capabilities of an ERP system and supplement systems.
Good communication skills in both verbal and written to communicate to all stakeholders .
Highly motivated and able to work effectively under pressure and work on multiple projects.
Driven and motivated with an ambitious outlook with a good customer focus.
Possess the ability to logically prioritise and rationally escalate issues.
Proven problem interrogation and solving skills and strong organisational skills.
Team orientated working ethics as well as being self-sufficient and possessing the capabilities to work using their own initiative.
Team player with great communication skills and a positive, 'can-do' attitude with a problem-solving approach.
IT related background and application software support experience is desired for this position.
Experience in application support within the Construction Industry is advantageous.
Experience in using COINS ERP application software and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous.
History of resolving application support queries sourced from an ERP system is advantageous.
Ideally, you will have at least 1 to 2 years work experience in an application support or customer service-related role.
