Talk me through the role…

As a Trainee Business Analyst, you will be joining an established team of three, all of whom have considerable experience and are long-standing and valuable members. The team is mainly responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's ERP Software as well as developing new ways to improve their processes, reduce costs, and minimise wasted time and energy.

What will I be doing?
Support Development and deployment of information tools to drive continuous improvement
Analyse and evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Assists in the management of a sound implementation plan for the development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of their business technology solutions
Train key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and ongoing use of business technology changes
Continuously liaise with users and stakeholders to facilitate the improvement and development of new processes, practices, and applications
