In this role, the Manager will define and deliver the annual Loss Prevention communication and engagement plan for the company. Within the role, you'll ensure we've the right plan with stakeholder input and sign off. Your role will bring loss prevention team members together, working with business wide stakeholders to ensure the plan lands in the right way, on time, and you'll seek feedback on the output of each element.
Some of your accountabilities will include: 
Provide performance and insight reports in the format to Loss Prevention colleagues and using company data to highlight risks and opportunities
Use compliance data to show divisional trends and propose actions / remedies to address this
Work with both central and field teams to provide insight and data that will drive decisions and based on loss and compliance trends, and metrics that allow them to prioritise activity
Be the key contact for the field teams and a subject matter expert in order to provide support
Keep pace with market place innovation and use this to inform investment choices
Controlling costs and spend in line with budget while delivering industry leading programmes
Build business cases through trials and data to provide loss solutions that ensure objectives will be met in loss reduction and potential costs and benefits are accurate
