We are currently looking for aP2P Business Support Partnerto join our friendly team based in Solihull.

The P2P Assistant Business Partner will support the P2P Business Partner to work in partnership with the business to deliver efficient and accurate processes for requisitioning, invoicing, payments, and expenses solutions across Tarmac. The P2P Assistant Business Partner will also be responsible for understanding P2P's/SSC and the BU's strategy and goals, appreciating people demographics, the organisational culture, and developing people solutions that help achieve business objectives while enabling employees to flourish. This is achieved through developing meaningful relationships with key people and teams across the organisation, using data to be more evidence-based in practice, and delivering a portfolio of business-relevant solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organisation

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including:
Produce quality comms to internal and external stakeholders when required to support the implementation of new or changed P2P policies and procedures
Represent SSC within various business units, develop an effective relationships with all stakeholders and SSC teams
Identify, create, and highlight stakeholder training opportunities, delivery training and refresher sessions where required
Responsible for working with different business owners on implementation, execution and compliance of P2P Policies and Procedures
Develop, prepare, and maintain various P2P compliance performance reports and drive strong insights into the root causation of issues
Produce Monthly P2P operational overviews for both internal and external stakeholders within P2P
Maintain request templates/forms for divisional teams
Ensure the correct and appropriate policies and procedures are in place and communicated to customers and stakeholders
Liaise with BUs to provide 1:1 support where required either at site, BU or vendor level, providing Ad hoc site representations when required
Audit, Review and Implement process reviews and process maps
Challenge the norm, by reviewing and identifying areas of potential improvement for key processes and procedures and supports the management of the related processes and procedures
Support P2P in any new business initiatives and business model roll-outs
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Qualifications
A Level qualification (or equivalent) - preferred EXPERIENCE
Experience of working with SAP in a transactional/operational role
Knowledge of Purchase to Pay processes
Knowledge of SAP at a transactional level
Knowledge of 3rd Party Software within the P2P platform e.g., Concur, Coupa etc
Skills
Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
Excellent self and task orientated organisation skills
Fast and Flexible able to adapt quickly to a changing environment
Able to prioritise ones own work
Team player/Leader
Trust and Respect always earning and delivering trust and respect
Works with utmost integrity and honesty
Promotes continuous improvement through researching and demonstrating how current developments can provide opportunities to improve
