BUSINESS ANALYST - FINANCIAL SERVICES | CARLISLE | £30,000-39,000 PER YEAR
A fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join forces with a new and upcoming community bank has become available. The ideal candidate will have good financial services experience due to the nature of the work they will be engaging in.
The main purpose of the role is to facilitate the definition of solutions to ensure the clients complex business needs are met. The successful candidate will be capable of deploying a broad range of tools and techniques to elicit requirements definition, resolve conflicts and constructively challenge stakeholders at all levels.
Elicit and document comprehensive business
Produce functional specification, solution design and traceability
Facilitate and run requirements workshops, identify appropriate attendees and complete end to end solution
Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to obtain business sign
Identify continuous improvement.
Document 'as is' and 'to be' business processes.
Financial Services experience in a similar role
Process Mapping skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to deliver to strict deadlines
Thorough understanding of industry techniques and best practice.
