We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our friendly, professional team.

As a Senior Business Analyst within Key Group, you will be the key point of contact between change (both internal and external), and the business for system, application, and process improvement changes across the group in line with strategic objectives

Key Responsibilities:
To analyse, document, and support solutions for all business areas and to draft business requirement for peer review & sign off either via business requirement documents or user stories.
To design, model, and implement new or modified system functionality and process improvement across the group via Visio/process modelling tools.
To assist in the co-ordination of project team members, resource within the group and third-party companies. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, document outputs, and own change requirements through to business acceptance.
Manage the customer / partners expectations by regular contact and business requirements progress updates and where necessary meetings.
Ensure that all relevant and appropriate standards and legislative requirements are adhered to at all times, working closely with our in-house compliance team

Essential Skills

What are we looking for?
Good knowledge of the UK mortgage industry and products would be advantageous (although not essential) along with previous experience of working in a FS environment.
Demonstrable track record in a similar role within an SME, in particular working in a Business to Consumer organisation
Able to translate business requirements to business area and 3rd parties
Proven ability in conducting meetings with key stakeholders to the business to capture requirements, establish user needs, and gather all information required.
Proven ability in translating people's ideas into tangible solutions
Exceptional written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to contribute to business success including business process development or improvement
Develops self and improves knowledge and awareness of industry
Self-motivated with the desire and ability to manage under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to maximise performance through others
To be able to communicate at high levels to key personnel
Able to advise at all levels of the business
