Agile eCommerce Business Analyst
Familiarity with digital commerce solutions
Workshop facilitation to define and capture business requirements and use cases
Conduct client interviews, capture functional and non-functional requirements.
Advise and consult on best practice and eCommerce principles
Engage with engineering architects to translate business requirements into a roadmap, a product backlog, user stories earmarked for development sprints.
Liaise with technical customer teams, understand microservices integration
eCommerce domain, commerce and order management/OMS
Agile Business Analyst
Knowledge of software ecosystem in the digital retail space
Experience with online retail, digital commerce customer facing clients.
Good understanding of the project life cycle, software integration, agile principles such as Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD, DevOps
eCommerce tech landscape experience, MACH, commercetools, BigCommerce, MACH, Algolia, Contentful, Headless, Fluent Commerce OMS, UI, full stack
