CRM BUSINESS ANALYST - BRISTOL - HYBRID WORKING - UP TO 50K PER ANNUM.
As a CRM Business Analyst, you will join a passionate and friendly delivery team within our clients thriving technology department. If you are an experienced customer focused person that can help to drive improvements across business processes within Salesforce CRM platforms, this could be the role for you.
Using your considerable Salesforce experience, and taking a hands-on approach, you will elicit and document business requirements around business challenges and opportunities, and then help to create data driven solutions that are pragmatic and business value driven. You will be the go-to person when it comes to communication between Tech and Business stakeholders to ensure all involved work together to attain the best results.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Take a leading role in the on-boarding of our CRM, ensuring business requirements map to the necessary capabilities within the platform, utilising Out Of The Box functionality at all times.
Elicit functional and non-functional requirements, working with the Product teams to understand the priorities and risks of change.
Be the champion of a world class customer and employee experience, through simplified processes that are intuitive and flexible.
Gather and work with customer research, User Experience and Insight to put customer value at the heart of decision making.
Work collaboratively with all relevant areas of the business to ensure adoption and advocacy of the CRM products and features.
