Business Support Co-ordinator
Based: Chester
Type: Permanent
Salary: £24,000 basic with a discretionary annual bonus
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Credico UK is Britains leading field sales organisation that offer clients a new customer acquisition programme that is tailor made to suit their individual requirements. Our Head Office based in Chester are looking to add a newBusiness Support Co-ordinator to join their very busy team. This is a fast-paced role and requires someone who is driven and organised, so the ideal candidate will be able to work to the achievable deadlines.
The duties of a Business Support Co-ordinatorare:
Responsible for maintaining and regularly updating an IT database showing all territory worked across each campaign throughout the UK on a weekly basis.
Responsible for analysing all territory data on a weekly basis, to provide senior management an insight into what territories perform best on what campaign and to also flag territories that should be avoided.
Responsible for ensuring all clients understand where the teams are working each week.
Responsible for keeping a record of all RT requests each week and to track these.
Responsible for attending the monthly DVMS bidding calls to ensure all offices have enough territory to achieve the charity budgets that we have been set.
Responsible for attending the monthly street fundraising clash calls, to ensure all offices have enough territory to achieve the charity budgets that we have been set.
Responsible in ensuring the campaign wide DNC list is maintained and kept up to date.
Working with all offices to ensure they have enough venues booked each week to accommodate Budget and Headcount.
Responsible for ensuring all venues are approved and maintain files indicating approval.
Ensuring each week that all venues booked are assigned to the correct Charity before the event begins.
Ensure all events being worked are highlighted to each Charity Client by 1.30pm each Friday.
