Applause IT are looking to hire a Business Analyst, ideally from a technical or travel background, to analyse, determine, and define our client's customer's business requirements, and deliver products which are fit for purpose. As a fast-growing company providing SaaS tech, our client offers ticketing solutions to the airline industry which are based on their own server infrastructure and have worked with companies such as British Airways, Finnair, and American Airlines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, understanding, documenting, and communicating the business needs of customers to the wider development team. This will be achieved through critical evaluation of information gathered through multiple sources to determine the true needs over user conceptions.
Desired criteria
2+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst
Experience in a technical or travel background
Have an inquisitive mind and a desire for continuous learning
Experience in an Agile environment
