The postholder will work towards an SVQ Level 3 qualification in Business Administration (achievability, 1 year).
Required to assist in the provision of a clerical and word processing service and to assist with financial systems, including inputting and analysing data within the Assets, Finance and Resources department.
You must have National 5 or equivalent in English and Maths or Foundation Apprentice in Business Skills.
You should have accurate word processing skills to create a wide variety of letters and documents, and the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
You should have an understanding of office procedures and a good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel You should also have good organisational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
