Role: Data Analyst / Business Analyst
Client: Banking domain
Type: Contract inside IR35 or permanent (Open for both)
Location: UK Remote
SQL a must (Won't need to write commands and schedules but must be able to write SQL queries
Basic SAS is preferred (for automation and scheduling)
Here the bulk of the work is creating and then applying complex trust rules to existing data
Initially it might be breaking down the customer base into cohorts based on complexity, as has been done in retail
Then creating multiple trust rules. As an example, for the simplest cohort in retail we have 1k trust rules
Understanding the trust level of what we have today in terms of permissions is key in defining how we then treat each customer
For some that might be digital re-permissioning through app or online
For others it might be pushing digital adoption
Need to be able to do analysis of data and data quality profiling. There is no requirement for SAS as that is available in other people in the team.
Data Analyst for Take Payments projects - ideally need some payments experience.
Skills required -- SQL - SAS optional, Financial Services/Banking experience
