We have an opportunity available for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global technology business on a 12 month maternity contract. Managing a combination of strategic and operational HR responsibilities this role will play a key part in developing the business and its people; helping them to reach their full potential.
As a HR Business Partner you will support the CEO, Group Head of HR and business leaders to deliver people solutions.
If you have HR Business Partnering experience with solid foundations as a HR Generalist, enjoy working at pace, and have experience of partnering with senior level stakeholders this is the perfect opportunity.
Main focus areas
Partner with the CEO and key stakeholders to define the HR strategy
To work with the business to build capability and drive performance
Support on organisational change
Support on the establishment of talent management and succession planning
Management of complex HR issues
Lead and project manage key group wide HR Projects such as developing Leadership Frameworks
Previous experience as a HR Business Partner in a commercial organisation (Technology sector would be desirable) supporting and working with senior stakeholders
Strong foundations as a HR Generalist with excellent Employee Relations experience and employment law knowledge
Experience in change and leadership management
Demonstrable experience in coaching and influencing
Excellent Employee Relations experience
Sound Talent Management experience
CIPD membership or equivalent qualification
