The OpportunityThis is a brand new role within a growing business and will be responsible for caving out the talent attraction function for EMEA.  Based remotely with occasional travel to Dronfield, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will have responsibility for the UK and EMEA regions, developing and evolving recruitment and talent acquisition practices.Key elements of the role include;
Sourcing and selecting candidates via a variety of attraction methods including advertising, referrals, and creating talent pools.
Assist HR Business Partners to define strategic workforce plans for the region.
Take the lead on the talent acquisition strategy for the UK EMEA.
Advise managers on recruiting best practice including candidate assessment and internal processes.
Develop and evolve our recruitment process in collaboration with our global TA and HR teams.
Work with the HR team to ensure we are competitive across the entire region, ensuring the manager's and candidate's expectations are managed.
Promote EPS at key recruitment events such as graduate fairs or tech specific open days.
Assist in the development and delivery of an internal graduate scheme.
Liaise with various internal stakeholders within HR and the greater organisation to assist in process and system improvements.
Deliver a best-in-class candidate & hiring manager experience.
