Regional HR Business Partner Midlands in Helwith Bridge - Investigo

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a market leading national business in the recruitment for a Regional HR Business Partner to cover the Midlands region.

This is a home based role with travel across the Midlands (likely to be 3 days per week on the road).

Reporting to the Head of HR Partnering, this role will partner with the Regional Operations Director and their direct reports, driving the HR Agenda.

A true partnering role, the HRBP will be accountable for implementing the HR strategy to drive business performance.

Our client is looking for a proven HR Business Partner who has worked in a remote and regional capacity.

As an experienced Regional BP, you will be used to managing the demands of a multi-site client group.

We are looking for experienced HR Business Partners with strong relationship building skills and the ability to work autonomously.
