Our Client is looking to hire a Resourcing Business Partner.
They are currently looking to recruit a Resourcing Business Partner aligned to their Water Division contracts and businesses based in North East and North West England, Scotland and Wales.
The Resourcing Business Partner will partner with the business and Hiring Managers, providing proactive, end-to-end management of talent acquisition services for their Water Division.
The Resourcing Business Partner is a trusted partner, who leads and has oversight of all resourcing for the Water Division contracts and businesses in the region, with business leaders (Hiring Managers) and the HR community, creating a talent pools and pipelines, to satisfy current and future needs.
As the Resourcing Business Partner your duties and responsibilities will be:
Business partner with the leadership teams across the region to build strategic recruitment and vacancy management solutions that support the delivery of the business strategy
Develop and implement direct sourcing and attraction methods through search and selection, online advertising, LinkedIn, job boards and referral scheme, networking, social media and working in partnership with external providers and professional bodies
Management information reporting and utilisation of the applicant tracking system (ATS) to monitor and report key performance indicators including, time to hire, candidate sourcing method and cost/savings per hire
Ensure recruitment procedures and processes are compliant, shared across the business and aligned with UK employment law
Support continuous improvement projects as part of the Resourcing functions overall strategy
To build relationships with and act as the specialist point of contact for the client group, on resourcing, offering guidance, advice and support and build forward thinking on strategic workforce and resourcing plans
Develop and deploy strategies to ensure Inclusion and Diversity across all recruitment actives
Work with the HRBPs to ensure that the redeployment policies and processes are adhered
Foster a culture of service excellence, role-modelling this and coaching team to deliver customer care
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Demonstrable experience of resourcing a variety of positions, ideally with experience of Construction, Utilities or Engineering
Experience gained within a Recruitment Agency/account delivery/RPO
Up to date experience of market mapping, head hunting and talent pipelining
Able to make recommendations for effective assessment and recruitment techniques/approaches based on business need
Ability to build strong, trusted relationships across Resourcing & Talent, HR and across the business
Ability to present sound and well-reasoned arguments to convince and persuade and influence stakeholders of all levels
Willingness to travel nationally, involving occasional overnight stays across multiple geographies
Relevant in-house client facing resourcing experience, gained in large complex organisation(s) with multiple stakeholders
