HR Business Partner in Kingdom of Mercia - Investigo

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a market leading national business in the recruitment for a HR Business Partner to be based in their Hertfordshire Head Office.

This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will partner with the Corporate Function's Leads and their direct reports, driving the HR Agenda.

A true partnering role, the HRBP will be accountable for implementing the HR strategy to drive business performance.Key Accountabilities to include (but not limited to):
