Our leading UK banking client is seeking a **Customer Journey Business Analyst** to join the bank, please see the details of the role below -
**Location:** UK offices (remote/hybrid working)
**Duration:** 6 months initial contract with likely extensions
* Proficient in Customer Journey Mapping. * The ability to influence stakeholders and manage relationships effectively. * Strong attention to detail to be able to create process flows, capture processes and any improvements. * Experience of requirements gathering with key stakeholders as well as managing project delivery. * Experience of Agile ways of working. * Proactive/ confident individual able to support a large team and enable them to meet project deliverables. * Familiar with design processes (ideally digital design i.e. of platforms, systems, websites) would be an advantage. * Knowledge of Agile tools such as JIRA / Confluence would be an advantage.
