I am supporting a reputable and well known oragnisation with a temporary HR Business Partner role... my client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor or HR Business Partner to come in and support the HR function on a temporary basis to help cover on going sickness.
You will work closely with Senior Managers to drive high performance across the business.
Below is an overview of some of the things you will do in this role:
Work with the HRD to ensure the people strategy aligns with the wider business strategy
Lead on a variety of HR projects such as:
Talent and succession planning
Reward and recognition
Diversity and inclusion
Engagement and wellbeing
Coach Managers in all areas of HR and support them in leading their teams
Identify learning needs and support the delivery of targeted and effective learning
The ideal candidate for this role will be commercial in their outlook and will demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for developing people. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with varying levels of employees is essential for this role.
