This popular, respected and successful retailer is looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team, partnering with the store director of its flagship store as well as the wider senior leadership team within the store.
As Senior HR Business Partner you will build effective relationships with leaders and managers to support them in maximising the engagement and capability of their teams. Activities will include:-
-Developing people plans
-Facilitating regular talent review discussions and ensuring effective succession and development plans are in place
- Manage discussions in regards to organisational design, and deliver / implement changes as required, working collaboratively with the employee relations team
- Work with other specialist functions such as L&D to identify and deliver effective interventions
We are looking for HR candidates with a proven skillset in coaching and mentoring and giving feedback - someone who is able to demonstrate how they have developed and managed excellent stakeholder relationships. You will need to be able to show experience in leading on projects, with evidence of project management skills. This is a fast paced and dynamic environment where you will need to be able to use insight, information and analysis to draw conclusions and suggest strategic responses – specifically in relation to understanding team member feedback through channels such as opinion surveys.
In return the business is offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000 with a comprehensive benefit package. Hybrid working is in operation if required.
