HR Business Partner (hybrid working)

Salary: £35,000 (plus excellent benefits)

Location: Grimsby (could also be located Brigg or Lincoln)

It is a privilege to work on an exclusive basis with our client who is one of the leading providers of NHS ophthalmology services in the UK.
The organisation was set up with the primary focus to make a positive difference to peoples lives through better sight and eye health and continues to change people's lives through the unique service they offer their patients.

THE ROLE:
The organisation is very successful with plans for future growth and further development across the Humber region, with this in mind, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for the first time.
The ideal HR candidate will be a strong team player and someone who has a lot of 'get up and go, drive and determination together with a strong operational HR generalist background and the experience to support the business and their people with all the positive and exciting challenges which lie ahead. Working for this client will be incredibly rewarding, and fulfilling working for such a positive organisation which has a great culture and truly supports and believes in their staff.

The HR Business Partner will have a strong operational HR background and experience in key areas of HR, full 360 degree recruitment, L+D, ER, policies and procedures development and implementation, up-to-date employment law knowledge, talent acquisition, compliance, HR data management, performance management, coaching Line Managers, assist with diversity and inclusion, performance, sickness and absence.

Working with little supervision, it is important that the HRB is capable of working from their own initiative overseeing all HR responsibilities across a number of local sites.

THE CANDIDATE:
CIPD 5
Experience of working in a highly audited environment in a generalist HR position.
Strong ER background and experience working in an operational HR generalist role.
(Experience working in healthcare sector) - desirable not essential.
Ability to review and analyse data.
Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills.
Ability to build credible working relationships.
