Exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and engaging Interim People and Culture Business Partner Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the successful candidate will be a key member of the People and Culture Leadership team. Working closely with key stakeholders to shape, develop and deliver People plans and solutions in line with the People Strategy. The successful candidate will lead on ensuring optimum delivery in all areas including people management, absence management, staff and volunteer engagement and relations. Please see the job description for more detail (this can be viewed on our website or once you click apply) About You: CIPD Level 7 or relevant experience Experience in both operational and strategic HR input Broad HR generalist experience Excellent interpersonal people skills and strong stakeholder management skills and be able to build and maintain relationships at all levels About The Role: Work with the leaders to build, implement and deliver people strategies Be the nominated subject matter expert in specific areas of the business including absence management; volunteer engagement and relations; and safeguarding ensuring prompt, consistent and sufficient guidance to the wider People and Culture teams on these topics Effectively manage relationships with leaders across all business areas Work in close alignment with the Head of People and Culture/Business Partnering to ensure consistent messaging across all areas of St John Maintain a clear understanding and provide up to date knowledge of the People and Culture legal framework Deputise in rotation for the Head of People and Culture for absences About Us: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of over 1,700 employees and over 30,000 volunteers, united by our goal of saving lives through essential first aid services, training and campaigning.
