We have an exciting new vacancy for a HR Business Partner to support our Shared Service Centre and Supply Chain functions. Based from our Bardon Hill offices, in Coalville, Leicestershire, youll support our managers, provide expert advice and coaching, as we develop our people's plans that underpin our business strategy. Reporting to Senior HR Business Partner, youll tackle a blend of activities that champion continuous improvement and support our business leaders to deliver on initiatives that build progress. Youll aid the resolution of employee relations and performance management issues; ensuring they are handled effectively and professionally. Youll play a key role in driving culture and employee engagement opportunities, transformation and new systems implementation, talent and learning initiatives, as well as managing day-to-day core processes, including our annual performance review cycle. Key to this role is your collaboration with the business, ensuring proactive steps are taken to identify trends, root causes - always being solution focused. Experience working as HR Business Partner, Senior ER/ Change Advisor providing HR advice to the business, in line with employment law and HR best practice. Confident delivering both face-to-face and remote ER support at different sites, as well as managing more complex cases. Experience working with a business to land new technology changes, building capability of key teams through training, upskilling and coaching. Highly organised, with the ability to work with autonomy, plan, prioritise and manage workload and queries to meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong supportive and trusted relationships. Able to challenge status quo and influence at all levels and across diverse groups. Commercial acumen with an understanding of key business drivers and a pragmatic approach to problem solving Results focused with a strong eye for detail and a flexible 'can do' approach. A strong teamwork ethic with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
