PMO Analyst
PMO Analyst - Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Word, Data/ MI, Risks, Issues - Hybrid (Manchester) - £45k + bonus + bens
My client has an urgent requirement for an experienced PMO Analyst to play a key role in providing governance and delivery support for a full portfolio of projects from idea to implementation. The role will provide analysis on PMO and portfolio processes as well as an efficient secretariat for core Governance Meetings.
PMO Analyst Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of Change projects through all stages of their lifecycle
- Act as an interface with internal stakeholders to provide reporting updates and progress for their respective change projects
- Take responsibility for producing monthly and quarterly MI
- Own the document management process, and ensure all project governance documents are stored correctly
- Produce timely and accurate MI for resource and planning information
PMO Analyst Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in a PMO Analyst role
- Demonstrable experience across the full PMO portfolio: Risks, Issues, Planning, Governance, Reporting, Budgets, Demand Management, Data and MI
- In-depth expertise with Excel and experience of using standard PMO tools (PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Word, Excel)
- Exposure to working in an Agile project environment would be ideal
- Excellent time management / planning skills and able to set clear goals.
Your good practice approach must include a knowledge of standards, processes, procedures, good governance, compliance and a philosophy of continuous improvement. As well as a delivery focus, you should also adopt a collaborative, flexible approach and possess a confident manner and ability to communicate with team members
