Renishaw's HR department are seeking a Graduate HR Analyst. You'll be responsible for HR data analysis and model development to address a range of business challenges. As a HR Analyst, youll enjoy rotations around a chosen area, with one rotation potentially taking you into a related Enabling Function. Youll get insight into what we do, how we do it, how our business operates from an HR perspective and how your role fits in. And youll get exposure to the whole HR department giving you the opportunity to build a strong network and great prospects for development.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Wotton-under-Edge office with a requirement to travel into the office 3 days per week.
Assist with external salary survey data submission process
Assist with additional ad-hoc external compensation survey participation
Support on external salary market data analysis and benchmark information implementation
Support with governance of new Job Catalogue audit and maintenance
Support with conducting and implementing regular compensation reviews bonus and salary review
People data analytics, regular insights to management provided on: Turnover, hiring and other employee trends
Performance Review insights
Compensation Review insights

Compensation and benefits practice & policy review support
Ad-hoc people and compensation data insights and analytics as and when needed
The successful graduate will have an inquisitive mind witha keen interest in learning, making a difference and supporting a team. HR and data analysis experience would be an advantage and the ability to work with complex information and simplify this in documentation is also crucial.
A Bachelors degree with HR content or Data Analysis would be preferred, ideally of 2:1 or above
Advanced (or keen to learn) user of Excel
Ability to communicate clearly in written reports and presenting technical work
An inquisitive mind, focused on addressing and solving data and analysis problems
Good personal planning and time management
