Our client designs and manufactures lightweight air distribution and insulation systems for the world's leading aircraft manufacturers. As the aerospace market continues to grow, our client has been successful in winning several exciting new programmes which means we are entering a period of unprecedented growth and change.
Due to this expansion and continued growth our client is now looking for a Business Systems Analyst to work with the organisations HR & Operational systems to establish and put in place the tools and processes needed to effectively manage and report on data at group level
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Business Systems Analyst will play a key part in contributing towards the Company's ambition to provide an outstanding reporting systems & software solutions to internal and external customers.

Scope & Purpose of the Role
Liaising with key stakeholders across the business to establish what processes and procedures are necessary to deliver the correct information to enable running departments successfully and efficiently.
Manage & implement both people and business-led projects taking responsibility for supporting any activities in line with business objectives
Establishment of the tools, systems, spreadsheets and processes required to ensure the accurate and efficient fulfillment of the main duties of the role.
Manage all People systems and ensure accurate and up to date people data, producing regular reports, analysis and evaluation of data and other management information as required to assist in the decision making.

Routine Tasks
Production of monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports to provide management information to aid decision making. This will include headcount reporting, recruitment and diversity data reporting.
Helping build dynamic business intelligence reports and dashboards utilising Power BI ensuring data Integrity across all people systems.
Identify technology solutions and work with Operational team to improve efficiency and control
Development and production of reporting dashboard utilising Power BI to further enhance management information provided.
Assist in ensuring standardisation of processes and policies across the Group
Be a subject matter expert for the HR/ Payroll systems; ensuring issues are resolved promptly as appropriate.
Manage the customer relationship business system providers understanding where improvements can be made, administration responsibility for the systems' integrity.
Administration of business systems
Manage stakeholders supporting and educating the businesses on the data findings.

Skills required
Strong Power BI Skills
Advanced Excel skills. You will need to be very capable in this area to build out quality reports and utilise data efficiently.
An ability to identify trends/patterns and identify potential solutions.
Numerate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player who can work with the minimum supervision, and who is confident in making decisions within their specialism taking responsibility for own actions whilst possessing sound judgment to escalate matters where appropriate.
Good understanding of confidentiality and GDPR principles.
Demonstrate a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to always deliver efficient service.
A willing, helpful attitude and calm professional manner, even when there are conflicting priorities and timescales.

Strong analysis experience using Microsoft Excel.
Experience of leading the analysis and the documentation of system and data configuration within a technical solution
Ability to present data in a simple, meaningful way.
Experience in managing own workload and balancing priorities.
Familiar with working to deadlines; doing whatever it takes to meet reporting deadlines.
Previous experience working within a team and collaborating on projects.
Experience in using data analytics and data visualization tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau.

Previous experience of working in an HR environment.
Experience in upskilling and training others.
Sound employment law knowledge.
Knowledge of business systems including but not limited to workflow automation, text-messaging, CCTV, door access control, company's website.
