Job Description

The Business Solutions team is responsible for delivering our client's Digital ambitions and is undergoing a major restructuring and transformation. Our client is in the financial services sector and provides their services globally. This is a UK focused role.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identification and full end-to-end mapping of global business processes on an AS-IS basis to Level 3.
Capture timings, systems and data references used at each process step and identify process dependencies, variations, wastage, bottlenecks and risks.
Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create suggestions for operational improvements and changes, so they are fit for purpose and accurate.
Develop TO-BE processes and deliver documentation to satisfy the needs of business analysts and system developers.
Applying knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN)to documenting processes.
Key skills required are:
Experience of mapping and documenting business processes using BPMN techniques.
Business process and value-chain analysis experience utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, ToC or Optimize10 techniques.
Expert user of Microsoft Visio, as well as other MS-Office packages
Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and attentive to detail
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience of working in project teams with mixed skillsets and levels of technical knowledge
