About the site
Normanton is home to our head office and is also the largest of our operational sites where we pack fresh fruit, salad and vegetables. Several of our Group support functions are headquartered in Normanton which include Commercial, IT, Finance, People Team and our Planning Teams.
About the Role
We are recruiting for a HR Systems & Data Advisor to ensure the HR Systems capabilities are fully utilised, data is accurate and support end users.
Ensure all HR and pay processes that interact with the HR system are as efficient and automated as possible, whilst providing a positive experience for end users
Work with stakeholders across the business to review processes, identify opportunities for efficiencies and implement any agreed changes
Documentation of all system security, configuration, calculations and any downstream impacts
Monitor compliance against agreed ways of working to ensure system integrity is maintained, educating end users in the correct methods of use
Create & update systems training materials and delivery of training to new users
Escalate any potential service failures and future developments required to the systems manager
Monitor the accuracy of HR data, working with business owners on required corrections and any changes to ways of working
Central point of contact for HR MI provision
Core Hours: Monday Friday. 8.30am 5.00pm,

Excellent communication skills
Excellent MS Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse data
Stakeholder management experience
Process mapping and improvement skills
Experience of working with HR systems, implementing configuration and user acceptance testing - desirable
