About the role:
The Customer Experience Analyst will be responsible for improving existing and defining new customer journeys. This will involve facilitating workshops with colleagues across functions to define back-end processes as well as working with an IT team to automate what can be automated to build a scalable platform for growth. I'm looking for someone with 2-3 years industry experience in smaller companies.
2-3 years Business Analyst Experience
SAP experience beneficial
Salesforce CRM experience beneficial
ERP / CRM development
Analytical approach to problem solving, able to gather accurate and complete data
Good people person
