We are looking for a HRIS Analyst with experience of using ITrent to join our clients team on a permanent basis in a recently created role following the merger of two organisations.
Working alongside another HRIS Analyst, you will maintain and monitor our HRIS platform, and other platforms to ensure they efficiently service all users and meet their needs. You will have the opportunity in this position to create and design efficiencies to further engage with users and improve the service delivery.
You should already have sound working knowledge of iTrent system admin functions such as Security, Workflow & Automation, Organisation Structure Maintenance and upgrade testing. In addition to iTrent you will have exposure to document management and applicant tracking platforms as your duties will include;
Assist with systems development and automation
Data quality improvement
Provide user support, guidance and training
Support the delivery of our HR programme
Liaise with the HR team to promote system reporting capabilities
Participate in project workgroups
