Business Support Analyst

You will be supporting all areas of the business providing data analysis and provide findings in a clear and concise format as per the managers request.

Responsibility for the business sales and demand forecasts incorporating improvement in accuracy level (target 60%) through forecasting system
Drive the monthly S&OP meetings, highlighting sales adherence to product portfolio and forecast.
Identify sales trends against key customers/products incorporating any risk products
Sales forecast creation for short-, medium- and long-term requirements
Sales forecast updates to align with any changes or projects
Support Purchasing and communicating expected variation in demand from the 'norm'
Responsible for all business jet reports, Daily sales, NPD, SLOBS, etc
Project management, co-ordination and data analysis in line with business requirements
Management and support of contract sales process
Support of sales team in developing contract sales
Customer support sales analysis to support sales team
Manage the information flow for processes such as discontinuation, margin improvement, PCR, phase in/out, NPI etc
Must have experience working within a similar role
Must be an advanced user of Excel (able to use Macros/Pivot tables etc)
Be a highly motivated individual with a can do attitude
Strong analytical skills
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure
Organised and structured approach
