WHAT YOULL DO
The Senior Business Analyst will provide assistance to the managers and teams of ICT Systems Development to ensure the successful delivery of products ensure that the requirements of all stakeholders are correctly analysed, documented and implemented in ICT systems. The Business Design Lead will be responsible for performing iterative design which meet the needs of the business, promotes re-useable components, and processes and aligns with the strategic direction of the Student Loans Company.
WHAT YOULL BRING
A higher education qualification in a computer related discipline and/or solid and relevant experience within ICT
Solid business and system analysis experience. Must be able to demonstrate participation in full product development life cycle
Ability to be proactive and use initiative
Experience of process modelling and systems design tools.
Experience/ knowledge of project management and relevant methodologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a format that is meaningful to all parties, and everyone is kept regularly informed of activities.
