The role of Business Intelligence Analyst:
This is a relatively new role within this growing healthcare organisation. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including the founders, helping shape, execute and report back on a variety of data requests based on product, market and regional queries. The work will be varied and will be a mix of using your own and also sourcing and securing other data sources to help the business make more informed decisions.
Responsibilities for the position of Business Intelligence Analyst
Work with stakeholders to understand what the data needs to inform on
Source, interrogate and provide feedback on the data findings
Tell a story with your data and insights to help translate the findings
Use tools to help stakeholders visualise and "see" what you see
Communicate data and findings clearly
It would be great if:
You can tell a story with data that helps stakeholders understand what they're looking at
You can show findings in a clear and easy-to-understand format with diagrams
You have experience with Power BI, R, and Python tools
You have a Life sciences or related experience or degree
You enjoy communicating with stakeholders at all different levels

Location : The position of Business Intelligence Analyst will be hybrid, with two days in Hemel Hempstead.
