We’ve been going for 5+years Recruiting for the Recruitment and Sales industries, our founding director however has been doing exactly this for 17 years now (yes, 17!). Our primary focus is on clients HQ’d in London (some have various locations worldwide), spanning most professional services industry verticals.
We’re actively looking to hire for numerous clients who’ve weathered the covid-storm and remain on track with their growth plans. Start-up businesses with £1M+ financial backing, boutique agencies specialised in one industry niche, or generalist recruitment firms with several high-performing teams and structures… We understand that one size does not fit all, our client-base reflects this.
This advert isn’t going to tell you what the job is, if you’ve been in a 360 role you should know what day to day activities look like. Here’s how the process works at RULE:

2- Someone here at RULE gets in touch to talk through your situation, advise you on the market and understand what you are after.
3- If applicable, we will shortlist clients that match and establish a conversation for you. This could be via phone or video call.
4- With our help and knowledge, you can navigate interviews in confidence and qualify opportunities as they come.
5- The plan is to get to an offer stage and negotiate a package you are happy with.
6- It does not end there though! We will stay in touch throughout your time with your new employer, it’s so important to have someone exterior to your agency to act as a solid sounding-board. Sales and Recruitment can be tough, every little helps!
