The organisation is currently seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to collaborate with the Global Director of Compensation and drive the daily global activities relating to firm wide compensation. As a Reward & Compensation Manager your brief includes:
•Managing the day-to-day activities & administration related to the Firm’s global compensation programs
•Partnering with HR Leaders to develop accurate job descriptions to align position responsibilities with competitive market data
•Providing analysis & recommendations for market level salary surveys
•Monitoring local regulations related to pay practices & keeps management informed of any new developments that may come from audits or studies of compensation policies, programs & practices
•Managing the administration of merit salary increases & bonuses
•Assisting leadership in providing compensation information for the Management Committee
•Developing & implementing administrative procedures for compensation practices & processes
As a graduate, you will demonstrate experience of compensation or reward management within a global legal or other professional services firm. You will be results driven, able to see the bigger picture and have confident communication skills. The role requires strong analytical skills and advanced Excel.
